Gerard Cassels (CFO)
- Experienced finance director of listed companies, with a proven track record most recently with NMT Group PLC
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting requirements and preparation, interpretation and analysis of financial statements;
- Extensive experience of strategic planning, compilation of corporate business plans, budgets and forecasts;
- Operating experience in mainland Europe and United States.

Lee Feldman (NED US)

- Prior to Softbank Capital, Vice President of Corporate Development at Ziff-Davis which was controlled by Softbank and prior to its sale in a series of transactions was a New York Stock Exchange listed media company focused on technology with annual revenue in excess of $1b
