Gerard Cassels (CFO)

  • Experienced finance director of listed companies, with a proven track record most recently with NMT Group PLC
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting requirements and preparation, interpretation and analysis of financial statements;
  • Extensive experience of strategic planning, compilation of corporate business plans, budgets and forecasts;
  • Operating experience in mainland Europe and United States.

Adrian Smith (Non-executive Chairman)

  • Joined the Board in April 2006 and was appointed Chairman in November the same year
  • CEO of the Woolton Group LLC
  • Non-Executive Director of Byotrol plc
  • Non-Executive Chairman of the Carter and Carter Group from 2002 through to its flotation in 2005 and continued on the Board as a Non-Executive Director until November 2006

  • Group Company Secretary/Head of Legal at William Hill plc 1999-2004
  • Successful flotation of William Hill at enterprise value of £1.49bn
  • Discharge of US high yield debt and financial restructuring of business
  • Was responsible to William Hill board for corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Head of legal for Thorn Lighting Group plc
  • Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services at Framilington Group plc
  • Assistant Secretary at Rank Organisation plc

Lee Feldman (NED US)

  • Partner Softbank Capital - US private equity fund focused on technology and media
  • Extensive experience in private equity investing as well as corporate and business development
  • Prior to Softbank Capital, Vice President of Corporate Development at Ziff-Davis which was controlled by Softbank and prior to its sale in a series of transactions was a New York Stock Exchange listed media company focused on technology with annual revenue in excess of $1b
  • Prior to Ziff-Davis, member of senior management team of two leveraged roll-ups
  • Began career as corporate lawyer practicing with a major New York City law firm
  • BA and JD, Columbia University
