Gaming VC announces that, on 11 March 2009, it received notification from Toscafund Asset Management LLP ("Tosca") that as at 2 March 2009 Tosca Small Cap, a fund managed on a discretionary basis by Tosca, held 1,625,000 ordinary shares of Euro 1.24 each in the Company, representing approximately 5.22% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
