Holding in Company

The Company has been notified that funds managed by Toscafund Asset Management LLP hold 672,500 ordinary shares of €1.24 each ("Shares"), representing approximately 2.16% of the Company's issued ordinary shares. All these Shares are held by Tosca Asia.
