Preliminary Approach

The Board of Directors of Gaming VC Holdings S.A. (“Gaming VC” or the “Company”) announces that it has received a preliminary approach which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company.
Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate. In the meantime, shareholders are advised to take no action in respect of the preliminary approach.
