Filing of Claim in Malta

In connection with the dispute with Boss Media referred to in the Company's announcement of its results yesterday and in the Admission Document for GVC Holdings PLC published yesterday, Gaming VC Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has today filed a claim for substantial damages in the First Hall Civil Court of Malta against Boss Media Malta Casino Limited, Boss Media AB, St. Minver Limited and GTECH (the "Claim"). Details of the Claim are publicly available from the Court registry in Malta. Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.
