Temporary Suspension Notice

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of Gaming VC Holdings S.A. has been temporarily suspended with effect from 7.00 a.m. today pending the result of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting regarding the Company's redomiciliation to the Isle of Man to be held later today.
