Directorate Changes

Gaming VC Holdings S.A., a leading European online casino provider, today announces the following Board changes to lead the Company in its next stage of development and to further strengthen the independence of the Board.
Bob Willis and Scott Miller have tendered their resignations from the Board with immediate effect. As indicated in the recent Preliminary results announcement, the Company will be proposing the appointment of Adrian Smith as an independent non-executive Director. In addition, it is proposed that Gerard Cassels is confirmed as Finance Director at the forthcoming AGM on 16 May 2006 to be held at the Company's registered office in Luxembourg.
Steve Barlow, Chief Executive of Gaming VC, said: "Bob and Scott have given excellent service to the Gaming VC Board since the Company's listing in 2004. The Board would like to thank them for their continued valuable contribution."
The Company has today posted a notice convening its Annual General Meeting, which is at 10am on 16 May 2006 at its registered office, to shareholders, together with the Company's accounts and consolidated financial statements, and a form of proxy/direction.
