Gerard Cassels (CFO)

  • Experienced finance director of listed companies, with a proven track record most recently with NMT Group PLC
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting requirements and preparation, interpretation and analysis of financial statements;
  • Extensive experience of strategic planning, compilation of corporate business plans, budgets and forecasts;

Lee Feldman (NED US)
